High-bearing-capacity composite bridge rubber support
The invention relates to a high-bearing-capacity composite bridge rubber support which comprises an upper sealing plate, protective glue, a thin steel plate I, a thin steel plate II, a rubber layer I, a rubber layer II, a lower sealing plate and a flat plate friction part. A flat plate friction part composed of a stainless steel plate, a polymer sliding plate and an annular foaming polymer is compounded in the rubber support of a laminated structure. In the horizontal direction, the deformation of the flat plate friction part is consistent with the direction of the bridge, the relative deformation of the bridge is converted into the shear deformation of the support and the horizontal displacement of the flat plate friction part, and the support and the flat plate friction part bear the vertical load of the bridge together in the vertical direction. The multi-stage energy-dissipation bridge is high in vertical bearing capacity, has the self-resetting capacity, is clear and definite in principle, simple in structure, stable in performance, convenient to produce, capable of achieving multi-stage energy dissipation, capable of coping with multi-stage earthquakes while meeting the requirement for normal use of the bridge, high in damage resistance and wide in application prospect.
