Aerial mounting method of steel arch
The invention discloses an aerial mounting method of a steel arch, and relates to the field of bridge construction. The method comprises the steps that a plurality of steel arch locating adjusting devices are manufactured; a left arch foot and a right arch foot are mounted, a left joint segment is welded with the left arch foot, and a right joint segment is welded with the right arch foot; a support is mounted at the designated position, connecting segments required to be mounted is judged to be ultrahigh segments, the steel arch locating adjusting devices are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the ultrahigh segments, of the support, and each elevation segment is mounted at the designated position; a current ultrahigh segment is connected with the corresponding steel arch locating adjusting device, and the ultrahigh segments and the mounted segment are precisely connected through the steel arch locating adjusting device; it is judged that all the connecting segments are mounted, and a folding segment is welded. The steel arch can be rapidly and precisely located, the mounting precision of a steel arch in the high air can be effectively improved, the lifting time is shortened, rapid mounting and folding of the steel arch are achieved, and cost and construction risks are reduced.
