Arch steel beam mounting method
The invention discloses a method for installing a steel beam on an arch. The method comprises the following steps that S1, an arch ring, a stand column on the arch, a cable and a cantilever hanging bracket are built; s2, the single steel beam is transported to the position below an arch ring of the bridge in a water transportation mode; s3, the cantilever hanging bracket lifts the single steel beam; s4, a lifting hook is installed, and relay lifting is conducted through the lifting hook of the cable; s5, the single steel beam is fixed to a support transverse partition plate of the on-arch stand column; s6, splicing and assembling of a plurality of single steel beams on the same side are completed; and S7, a winch of the cantilever hanging bracket is adjusted to the other side, and the single steel beam on the other side of the arch ring is hoisted and installed. The steel beams on the arch are large super-wide and super-heavy components, and a large amount of transportation cost can be saved when the steel beams are transported on water compared with highway transportation; after the steel beam is transported to a bridge site, a method of directly hoisting and mounting on water is adopted, so that the transfer process from water to land is avoided, the transfer cost is reduced, and the land transportation road construction cost and the assembly site construction cost are also avoided.
