A device used for inserting and pulling a pin shaft between a cantilever beam and a lengthened section comprises a pin shaft bracket and a standing platform, wherein the pin shaft bracket is connected to the inner side of the cantilever beam and used for correspondingly inserting and pulling a stop shoulder of the pin shaft, and the standing platform is connected to the outer side of the cantilever beam and used for correspondingly locking a threaded hole of the pin shaft. The pin shaft bracket comprises a sliding channel, a push-pull device installed at the end of the sliding channel, and a supporting platform used for bearing the sliding channel and the push-pull device. The sliding channel and the supporting platform are matched and positioned through lug plates and pushing stop devices, the push-pull device is installed at the end, far away from the cantilever beam, of the sliding channel, and the supporting platform is hung on a prefabricated hook of the cantilever beam through a cylindrical hanging rod hook. The standing platform comprises a detachable hook ladder, a standing platform plate, a detachable support and a detachable guardrail. The device is convenient to install and detach, has good guide performance and enables the pin shaft to be inserted into a pin hole smoothly, and pin insertion and pulling operation can be safely, reliably and efficiently finished.
