The invention discloses a pipeline dredging device. The pipeline dredging device is characterized in that a dredging part is equipped with a transversely telescopic or deformed part; the dredging part is suitably inserted into a pipeline to be transversely telescoped so as to be closely clung to the inner wall of the pipeline, and as a result, the sealing effect can be achieved; when downwards pressing or upwards pulling an operating part, high pressure or negative pressure is generated in a space between the dredging part and a blocking matter, relative to normal outside air pressure; the blocking matter is mainly removed through the negative pressure generated by upwards pulling the operating part; the blocking matter cannot be splashed out during removing, so that the sanitation can be ensured; when in use, the dredging part can be kept in close clinging to the inner wall of the pipeline, thus the sealing effect is good, and the blocking matter is easily removed; in addition, the dredging part is deformed after being inserted into the pipeline, so that the pipeline dredging device can adapt to the pipelines of different dimensions and shapes, and as a result, the generality is improved.
