The invention belongs to the technical field of drainage pipeline cleaning equipment, and particularly relates to a pipeline dredging device and method. The device comprises a cleaning assembly, a walking assembly, an adjusting assembly and a main body structure; the multiple sets of walking assemblies are arranged and connected to the periphery of the main body structure through the adjusting assembly. One end of the main body structure is rotatably connected with a cleaning assembly for cleaning blockage in the pipeline; the cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning fan blade, a guide vane, a mounting disc and a connecting shaft; the mounting disc is disc-shaped, one surface of the mounting disc is a plane, the other surface of the mounting disc is a conical surface, a plurality of groups of guide vanes are integrally and uniformly arranged along the conical surface, the gathering ends of the plurality of groups of guide vanes are fixedly connected with cleaning fan blades, a guide groove is formed between every two adjacent guide vanes, and the connecting shaft is vertically connected to the central position of the plane of the mounting disc. When air passes through the flow guide grooves, the flow direction is changed along the groove faces of the flow guide grooves, uniform pressure distribution is formed on the circumferential faces of the flow guide blades, and the vibration amplitude of the cleaning assembly is reduced.
