A water inlet and flushing device of a toilet flushing water tank comprises a flushing valve, an overflow pipe, a flushing driving device and a water inlet valve, the flushing valve comprises a valve body and a drainage port located in the lower portion of the valve body, and the overflow pipe is communicated with the drainage port; the water inlet valve comprises a water outlet valve body, a valve element and a valve deck. The water inlet and flushing device of the toilet flushing water tank is characterized in that the overflow pipe is perpendicular to the horizontal plane; the water inlet and flushing device further comprises a water inlet control driving mechanism matched with the overflow pipe and the water inlet valve. By the adoption of the structure, occupied space in the horizontal plane becomes smaller, and therefore the width of the water tank can be reduced; the connection position of a connecting rod and a floater is adjusted so that the water inlet and flushing device can further adapt to water tanks of different heights; no easily damaged part is used, and service life is long.
