Provided are a flushing water tank device in which the amount of flushing water to be discharged can be precisely set while a water discharge valve is opened by a water discharge valve hydraulic drive unit, and a flushing toilet device provided with the same. The present invention is a flushing water tank device comprising a water discharge valve hydraulic drive unit 14, a clutch mechanism 30, a flushing water amount selecting unit 6, a first float device 26 that regulates the lowering of the water discharge valve in coordination with the water level such that a first amount of flushing water is discharged, a second float device 28 that regulates the lowering of the water discharge valve in coordination with the water level such that a second amount of flushing water is discharged, and an adjustment mechanism 58, wherein the adjustment mechanism is formed such that when the second amount of flushing water is selected by the flushing water amount selecting unit, the clutch mechanism 30 is disconnected at such a raised height of the water discharge valve that the water discharge valve 12 lowered by the disconnection of the clutch mechanism is retained by the second float device 28 in a retention state.
