The invention discloses a high-rise damping device. The device comprises a steel pipe column, a lower floor girder, an upper floor girder, an upper vertical H-shaped support, a lower vertical H-shaped support and a high-rise damper, wherein the lower floor girder and the upper floor girder are fixed to the steel pipe column, the upper vertical H-shaped support is fixed to the upper floor girder, the lower vertical H-shaped support is fixed to the lower floor girder, and the upper vertical H-shaped support and the lower vertical H-shaped support are connected through the high-rise damper. By the adoption of the device, lateral deformation resistance can be effectively improved, floor load stress concentration is avoided, a large amount of horizontal dynamic load energy can be consumed, and floor displacement is reduced greatly.
