Insulating and decorating integrated board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an insulating and decorating integrated board and a preparation method thereof. From top to bottom, the insulating and decorating integrated board sequentially comprises an insulating board and a base plate from bottom to top, wherein the insulating board and the base plate are stuck together by virtue of a binding agent; a primer coat is applied on the upper surface of the base plate; a sandy wall paint finish coat is applied on the primer coat; a coating varnish is applied on the sandy wall paint finish coat; and a protective thin film is coated on the coating varnish. The integrated board has fireproofing and insulating effects as an insulating and decorating integrated board, and also has decorating and protecting effects as sandy wall paint. The preparation method comprises four steps: leveling treatment on the base plate, making a coating layer, covering the coating with film, and binding the base plate and the insulating board. The preparation method is simple and easy in operation, and is subjected to assembly line work, so that the preparation method is quite suitable for industrial-scale production.
