The invention belongs to the technical field of architecture decoration, and particularly relates to a breathable damp-proof floor. The breathable damp-proof floor comprises a surface layer, a middle layer and a bottom layer. The surface layer, the middle layer and the bottom layer are composited to form the floor. A plurality of air holes are formed in the floor and penetrate through the surface layer, the middle layer and the bottom layer. A plurality of heaters are arranged inside the bottom layer. The middle layer is an insulation layer. According to the breathable damp-proof floor, due to the fact that the heaters keeping the floor dry are added, water is evaporated more quickly; meanwhile, the water steam is circulated more quickly through the air holes, the floor is prevented from being damped or going mildew, the floor is prevented from hunching up or loosening, the service life of the floor is prolonged, and the indoor air is kept good.
