The invention relates to the technical field of floor boards, in particular to a light composite floor board which comprises a panel layer and a base board layer. Two rectangular strips are clamped between the edges of two sides of the panel layer and the base board layer along the length direction in a bonded manner respectively, an area enclosed among the panel layer, the two rectangular strips and the base board layer is filled with polyurethane foam boards, the panel layer, the rectangular strips and the base board layer are fixedly bonded by the polyurethane foam boards, the light composite floor board is high in structural strength, light in weight, fine in physical performance, low in cost, environmentally friendly and high in production efficiency.
