The invention relates to the technical field of building boards, in particular to a composite floor board comprising a glass magnesium board bottom layer, a base material layer and a sound insulationlayer. The floor board comprises the glass magnesium board bottom layer, the base material layer and the sound insulation layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the glass magnesium board bottom layer is a high-density glass magnesium board, and the thickness is set to be 5 to 6mm; the base material layer is a magnesian gel base material layer, and the thickness is set tobe 15 to 20mm; and the sound insulation layer is a rock wool cement layer, and the thickness is set to be 3 to 5mm. The board has the advantages of being waterproof, damp-proof, fireproof, high in weather resistance and the like, and waterproof layers are arranged in the base material layer and at the attaching positions of the base material layer and the sound insulation layer, so that the waterproof performance of the board can be further enhanced; and the rock wool cement layer is arranged, so that the board has certain sound insulation performance and is enabled to be more practical.
