The invention relates to an active ecological floor. The active ecological floor comprises a bamboo-plastic floor and active ecological paint coated on the floor. The active ecological paint comprises, by mass, 30-50 parts of epoxy acrylate resin, 2-8 parts of aliphatic polyurethane, 10-30 parts of reactive diluent, 1-10 parts of talcum powder, 1-5 parts of zinc borate, 1-5 parts of photoinitiator, 1-15 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.1-2 parts of organosilicon leveling agent and 10-25 parts of complex negative ion powder. The complex negative ion powder comprises, by mass, 20-30 parts of tourmaline, 5-10 parts of graphene, 0.5-3 parts of surfactant and 60-80 parts of nano-ATO doping diatomaceous earth powder. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the active ecological floor, and the tourmaline and the graphene in the complex negative ion powder interact, thereby leading to the results that high voltage electric field is formed on the tourmaline constantly, air is ionized, a large number of negative irons are relieved, and the generating quantity and quality of the negative irons are improved effectively.
