Ecological floor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an ecological floor which comprises a plastic floor base material, a scratch resistant layer, a wear resistant layer, a decorative layer, a back face primer layer and a back face finishing coat layer. The scratch resistant layer comprises a scratch resistant finishing coat layer and a scratch resistant primer layer. The scratch resistant finishing coat layer, the scratch resistant primer layer, the wear resistant layer, the decorative layer, the plastic floor base material, the back face primer layer and the back face finishing coat layer are sequentially arranged fromtop to bottom. A preparation method includes the following steps that the decorative layer and the wear resistant layer are thermally attached to the surface of the plastic floor base material onlinethrough a rubber-covered roller, so that a base material layer/decorative layer/wear resistant layer structure is formed; after the layers are thermally attached, the base material is cooled, dragged,trimmed and cut, so that a composite board is formed; after being cleaned, the surface of the composite board is coated with scratch resistant UV primer, and the scratch resistant primer layer is obtained after the scratch resistant UV primer is cross-linked and solidified through ultraviolet light; the scratch resistant primer layer is coated with scratch resistant UV finishing coat, and the scratch resistant finishing coat layer is obtained after the scratch resistant UV finishing coat is cross-linked and solidified through the ultraviolet light; and the back face of the composite board iscoated with back paint. The ecological floor has good scratch resistant performance.
