The invention relates to an odor removal and bacteria resistance type coiled material floor. The odor removal and bacteria resistance type coiled material floor comprises a UV treatment layer, a PVC wear resistant layer, a PVC reinforcement layer and a fiber reinforcement layer from top to bottom in sequence, wherein a foaming buffer layer is arranged below the fiber reinforcement layer. The odor removal and bacteria resistance type coiled material floor is characterized in that an odor removing agent and a bacteria resistant agent are added in the UV treatment layer. As the odor removing agent and the bacteria resistant agent are added in the UV treatment layer, the reduction of peculiar smell and the antibacterial effect can be achieved in indoor laying use of the coiled material floor.
