A brick loading and unloading clamp comprises a handle, clamping feet at the end parts of the handle and a holding rod for controlling tensioning of the clamping feet, and is characterized in that dismountable rubber sleeves are arranged on the surfaces of the handle and the holding rod; under the hand holding force, the two clamping feet of the brick loading and unloading clamp are tightened mutually, so that a certain number of bricks can be firmly clamped; the rubber sleeves are in contact with hands to enable the hand feeling to be better, and prevent the loading and unloading clamp from sliding off; and if the rubber sleeves are worn, the worn rubber sleeves can be dismounted to be replaced with new rubber sleeves, and therefore, the operation is simple and convenient, and the working efficiency is improved in multiples. The brick loading and unloading clamp is simple in structure and convenient to use.
