The upper portion of a submerged electric drill A, the upper portion of a submerged electric drill B and the upper portion of a submerged electric drill C are fixed through two fixing frames A, and the lower portions of the submerged electric drills are fixed through a fixing frame B and a fixing frame C; an oval wheel is fixed to a drill rod under the submerged electric drill B, a fixing rod C is arranged on the left side of the oval wheel, a fixing rod D is arranged on the right side of the oval wheel, a fixing rod E is fixed to the front end of the fixing rod C and the front end of the fixing rod D, a fixing rod E is fixed to the rear end of the fixing rod C and the front end of the fixing rod D, the lower end of a fixing rod A is fixed to the left sides of the fixing rods E, the upper end of the fixing rod A is fixed to a fixing sleeve A, the lower end of the fixing rod B is fixed to the right sides of the fixing rods E, and the upper end of the fixing rod B is fixed to a fixing sleeve B.
