The present invention relates to an underwater ground excavator to construct a pier foundation, which is dropped on a target position for installing a pier to efficiently remove rock and seawater on the ground so as to quickly and safely construct a pier foundation of a bridge. To this end, according to the present invention, the underwater ground excavator comprises: a connection support unit (10) including a connection rod (110) vertically and rotatably installed on a driving unit which is disposed on a barge and provides driving force to rotate the connection rod, and a plurality of vertical supports (120) fixing and coupling one side on the outer circumference of the connection bar (110) by being spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction; a cylindrical small-diameter casing (200) disposed on the connection bar (110), fixing and coupling an upper edge to the other side of each vertical support (120), and having opened upper and lower parts; a cylindrical large diameter casing (300) coupled to communicate with the lower part of the small diameter casing (200) in order to correspond to a central axis, and including a protrusion part (310) having a < or > shaped cross section and installed in the circumferential direction of the outer circumference of a lower part to maintain horizontal balance, wherein a portion coupled to the small diameter casing (200) and the lower part are opened; an excavation guide (400) winding the outer circumference of the largely diameter casing (300) many times and formed in a thread shape; and a plurality of plow-shaped excavation blades (500) installed on the inner circumference of the bottom of the large diameter casing (300) by being spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals to be rotated in a direction to one side or the other side, and cutting ground or bedrock at the same time.
본 발명은 교각 설치 대상지점에 투하되어 지면의 암석 및 저수된 해수 등을 효율적으로 제거함으로써 교량의 교각기초를 신속하고 안정적으로 구축할 수 있도록 한 교각기초 구축을 위한 수중 지반 굴착장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 바지선에 장치되고 구동력을 제공하여 회전시키기 위한 구동유닛에 회전 가능하게 수직 설치되는 연결대(110)와, 상기 연결대(110)의 외주연에 둘레방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 일측이 고정 결합되는 다수의 수직지지대(120)로 구성된 연결지지부(100); 상기 연결대(110)의 하부에 구비되고 상기 수직지지대(120)의 타측이 상측 가장자리에 각각 고정 결합되며 상·하부가 개구되어 형성되는 원통형의 소구경케이싱(200); 상기 소구경케이싱(200)의 하부와 중심 축이 일치되도록 연통되게 결합되고 수평 균형을 유지하기 위해 하부 외주연의 둘레방향을 따라 그 단면이 '<' 또는 '>' 형상으로 형성되어 설치된 돌기부(310)를 포함하며 상기 소구경케이싱(200)과 결합된 부위와 하부가 개구되어 형성되는 원통형의 대구경케이싱(300); 상기 대구경케이싱(300)의 외주연을 다수 권회하며 나사산 형태로 형성된 굴착가이드(400); 및 상기 대구경케이싱(300)의 하단 내주연에 일정간격을 두고 다수 설치되어 일측방향 또는 타측방향 중 어느 하나의 방향으로 회전함과 동시에 지면이나 암반을 절삭하도록 형성되는 쟁기형 굴착날(500);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
