V-shaped groove construction method
The invention provides a V-shaped groove construction method. The method comprises the following steps: pouring a concrete vertical wall while setting a sling steel at one side of the vertical wall; constructing an inclined plate template; horizontally arranging a surface sweeping tube at bottom of the inclined plate template; pouring concrete on the inclined plate template; and removing the inclined plate template and cutting the redundant surface sweeping tube along surface of the inclined plate template. According to the V-shaped groove construction method, thinness and light weight of the inclined plate are fully utilized and setting of a sling steel during vertical wall construction is free of influence to the structure, so that a V-shaped groove is separately poured, firstly, the vertical wall is arranged, the sling steel is arranged at one side of the vertical wall, secondly an inclined plate support is constructed, the inclined plate template is constructed on the inclined plate, wherein during the construction process of the inclined plate template, the surface sweeping tube is horizontally arranged between the inclined plate and the vertical wall and fixed by battens and inclined wood plates at two ends, so as to ensure accurate positioning of surface scanning holes. Furthermore, the vertical wall and the inclined plate are poured separately, so that the molding effect of the V-shaped groove is guaranteed.
V-shaped groove construction method
The invention provides a V-shaped groove construction method. The method comprises the following steps: pouring a concrete vertical wall while setting a sling steel at one side of the vertical wall; constructing an inclined plate template; horizontally arranging a surface sweeping tube at bottom of the inclined plate template; pouring concrete on the inclined plate template; and removing the inclined plate template and cutting the redundant surface sweeping tube along surface of the inclined plate template. According to the V-shaped groove construction method, thinness and light weight of the inclined plate are fully utilized and setting of a sling steel during vertical wall construction is free of influence to the structure, so that a V-shaped groove is separately poured, firstly, the vertical wall is arranged, the sling steel is arranged at one side of the vertical wall, secondly an inclined plate support is constructed, the inclined plate template is constructed on the inclined plate, wherein during the construction process of the inclined plate template, the surface sweeping tube is horizontally arranged between the inclined plate and the vertical wall and fixed by battens and inclined wood plates at two ends, so as to ensure accurate positioning of surface scanning holes. Furthermore, the vertical wall and the inclined plate are poured separately, so that the molding effect of the V-shaped groove is guaranteed.
