The invention relates to an arc-shaped groove pipeline construction method which comprises the steps that arc-shaped groove pipelines are intensively arranged along the inner side structural surface of an underground arc-shaped corridor, three-dimensional model turnover is conducted on all sections of the arc-shaped groove pipelines through the BIM technology, and a pipeline BIM space model is established; according to radian differences of different intervals of the building structure, the whole arc-shaped groove pipeline is divided into a plurality of arc section short pipelines with different radians and transition short pipes with different radians in combination with a pipeline BIM model; the radian of the arc section short pipeline and the radian of the transition short pipe are designed to be 5-8 degrees, and the flexible bending degree of the hoop pipe fitting is designed to be 0-3 degrees; transition short pipes are connected to the two sides of the clamp pipe fitting to form a combined pipeline, the combined pipeline and the arc section short pipelines are alternately connected to form an arc-shaped pipeline, and the arc-shaped pipeline is connected with the main pipeline through the clamp pipe fitting to complete connection of the whole arc-shaped groove pipeline. The flexible deflection of the clamp pipe fitting is fully utilized, and the requirement for installation of pipelines of different structural radians is met.
本发明涉及一种弧形沟槽管道的施工方法,包括将弧形沟槽管道集中沿地下弧形走廊内侧结构面进行布置,利用BIM技术对弧形沟槽管道各段进行三维模型翻模,建立管道BIM空间模型;根据建筑结构不同区间的弧度差异,结合管道BIM模型,将整个弧形沟槽管道划分为若干不同弧度的弧段短管道和过渡短管;将所述弧段短管道和过渡短管弧度设计为5°‑8°,将卡箍管件自带的柔性挠曲弯度设计为0°‑3°;在所述卡箍管件的两侧连接过渡短管形成组合管道,将组合管道和弧段短管道交替连接形成弧形管道,弧形管道通过卡箍管件与主管道连接完成整个弧形沟槽管道连接。本发明充分利用卡箍管件的柔性挠度,满足不同结构弧度的管道安装。
