The invention relates to a novel fireproof light modulating glass for building energy saving. The novel fireproof light modulating glass includes glass, LB polarizing films, transparent conductive films, a liquid crystal film and fireproof glass. The liquid crystal film is encapsulated in resin, both sides are lined with transparent conductive film equipped LB polarizing films, and the transparent conductive films are close to the side of the liquid crystal film, and then the films are encapsulated between the glass and the fireproof glass. The novel fireproof light modulating glass provided by the invention can intelligently adjust the indoor light intensity, also can filter out the ultraviolet ray layer in the sunlight, and has reliable fireproof performance.
