The preparation method is characterized in that the cement composite additive is prepared from the following raw materials: aluminum oxygen chamotte, calcined alunite, zinc sulfate, dickite, attapulgite clay, fly ash, zeolite powder, diatomite, bentonite, methyl cellulose, sodium sulfite, quicklime and calcium fluoride. The cement composite additive disclosed by the invention has the functions of high-efficiency water prevention, moisture prevention, expansion, crack resistance, permeability resistance and the like and has no corroding effect on a steel bar.
