The invention discloses a building facing brick production manufacturing process including the steps: mixing a building powder, cement and coal cinder, putting into a stirrer, then mixing evenly a water reducing agent, a cement mortar additive, a stone glue and a proper amount of water evenly, heating to 30 DEG C, adjusting into a thin slurry, pouring into the stirrer, and mixing evenly and stirring with the mixture; pouring the mixed slurry into a molding machine, putting into a mold, modelling and pressurizing, and curing for 24 hours to obtain a finished product. The environmental harm caused by building rubbish can be effectively solved, and the building rubbish is turned into treasure and made into the facing brick according with building requirements.
