Manganese zinc ferrite with high saturation magnetic flux density and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a manganese zinc ferrite with high saturation magnetic flux density and a preparation method thereof. A material system of the material is Mn-Zn spinel type ferrite, and molecular formula of the material system is MnxZn1-xFe2O4, wherein variation range of Mn content x is 0.5-0.6. According to the preparation method, a manganese zinc ferrite powder precursor is prepared by a pipeline-type synthetic chemical coprecipitation method; and then, a manganese zinc ferrite with high saturation magnetic flux density and wide flux jumping range is obtained by a conventional press-sintering process. The manganese zinc ferrite is a ferrite material which can be applied in a high power electronic device. Sintering and pre-sintering temperatures are both lower than those of a traditional technology; requirements on sintering equipment are low; and sintering can be realized in an ordinary vacuum sintering furnace. The preparation method is easy to realize industrialization.
