The invention discloses a preparation method of a silicon carbide ceramic high-temperature corrosion-resistant part. The method is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of silicon carbide, 2-3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 4-6 parts of argil, 11-14 parts of stainless steel powder, 6-8 parts of titanium powder, 2-4 parts of aluminum powder, 3-5 parts of carbonization straws, 1-2 parts of aluminum stearate, 2-3 parts of sintering auxiliaries, 1-3 parts of silane coupling agents KH-550 and 50-70 parts of deionized water. The prepared silicon carbide combined base ceramic is simple in process, low in cost and high in performance; because of the added stainless steel powder and metal powder, the high temperature performance and the corrosion resistance performance of the ceramics are obviously improved; the relative density of the silicon carbide ceramics is increased, the sintering performance is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
