The invention discloses a preparation method and application of corrosion-resistant silicon carbide ceramic, and aims to solve the technical problems of complex sintering process and high cost of the corrosion-resistant silicon carbide ceramic in the current aluminum oxide production. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 85-90 parts of alpha-SiC micro powder, 5-9 parts of beta-SiC micro powder, 1-1.2 parts of a sintering aid, 3.5-5 parts of a dispersing agent and 0.3-0.5 part of a binder to obtain a ground mixture; carrying out ball milling on the ground mixture to obtain slurry; carrying out spray drying and granulation on the slurry; carrying out pressureless sintering on the powder obtained by granulation; the material prepared by the preparation method of the corrosion-resistant silicon carbide ceramic is applied to aluminum oxide production. The preparation method is low in cost and easy to operate; the method does not generate secondary pollution, does not discharge waste gas, waste liquid and waste gas, is environment-friendly and is suitable for large-scale production.
