The sandwich board type steel-concrete combined cross section cable-stayed bridge main beam comprises a concrete bridge deck and lower steel structures, wherein the lower steel structures are fixedly arranged at the two sides of the bottom of the concrete bridge panel, and are in uniform arrangement along the direction of the bridge, the lower steel structures arranged at the two sides are connected through connecting components, the top of each connecting component is connected with the bottom of the concrete bridge deck, and upper steel structures are respectively arranged in the positions, corresponding to the lower steel structures, of the two sides of the top of the concrete deck.
