The invention belongs to the technical field of cable-stayed bridge construction, and particularly relates to a hybrid beam type cable-stayed bridge steel-concrete combined section construction method which comprises the following steps that a plurality of bridge parts capable of being assembled are prefabricated, and a steel panel used for fully paving a roadbed is installed on the tops of the bridge parts; meanwhile, pouring of the bridge tower is completed, and a plurality of anchor cables with different lengths are prefabricated according to measurement and calculation; a workbench is erected at the bottoms of the bridge pieces and used for installing the two bridge pieces on the inner side of the bridge tower, and anchor cables are connected to the deviating ends of the two bridge pieces; sequentially arranging and mounting along with the step S3 until the bridge piece is closed with another adjacent bridge piece or mounted on a base of a river bank in an extending manner; and monitoring whether various indexes of the bridge member and the connecting part thereof are qualified, and after the indexes are qualified, paving the roadbed. According to the invention, rapid assembly of the bridge body and stress expansion of the bridge floor can be realized.
