The invention discloses a method and a system for fast repairing an expansion joint based on elastic concrete. The system is used for an expansion joint notch, and comprises polyurethane elastic concrete, an expansion joint elastic sealant, a bottom sizing agent and a bottom sealing foam stick. The polyurethane elastic concrete is a bi-component polyurethane fast-curing concrete fast-repairing product which is blent with aggregates for increasing structural strength; the polyurethane elastic concrete fills the broken position of the expansion joint notch; the durability and expansion amount of the used expansion joint elastic sealant can meet the expansion amount deformation requirements of substituting expansion joints below D80. According to the method and the system for fast repairing the expansion joint based on the elastic concrete, the main technical problem that traffic is opened when the concrete at two sides of the expansion joint is maintained insufficiently in the prior art due to the fact that the time of pouring and curing the concrete is too long is solved.
