The invention relates to an asynchronous splicing construction method for symmetrically splicing main steel girder erection cranes of a cable-stayed bridge. The asynchronous splicing construction method comprises the following steps of splicing a bank side girder erection crane on a steel box girder surface in a pier roof cable-free area, and hoisting a bank side steel girder; moving the bank side girder erection crane towards a bank side to a setting position and anchoring the bank side girder erection crane; installing a river side girder erection crane, and hoisting a river side steel girder; moving the river side erection crane towards a river side to a setting position and anchoring the river side girder erection crane; starting to synchronously erect follow-up steel box girders which are symmetrical to a cantilever by the two girder erection cranes. According to the asynchronous splicing construction method disclosed by the invention, by adopting a mode that the girder erection crane and the steel girder on one side are firstly installed and the girder erection crane and the steel girder on the other side are installed later, the space is increased by utilizing the extension of a steel box girder in the pier roof cable-free area by the steel girders at two sides, the problem that the space is insufficient by synchronously installing the girder erection cranes is solved, meanwhile, a large-size support for supporting the girder erection cranes is prevented from being designed and constructed in water, the consumption of support materials is reduced, and the construction cost is greatly reduced; the asynchronous splicing construction method can be applied to bridge erection.
