Advancing construction method of ultralarge pipe roofing box culvert
The invention discloses an advancing construction method of an ultralarge pipe roofing box culvert. The method comprises the following steps: (1) after an underground water level is lowered, a back soil body is reinforced; and after concrete is placed on a back beam, advancing equipment and device observing equipment are mounted; (2) after a construction foundation pit support protecting structure is mounted, a working pit is dig; after the foundation treatment is performed for a slide plate, the slide plate is built; and a lubrication isolation layer is laid on the slide plate; (3) a culvert body is cast in sequence; other equipment on a box culvert is completely mounted; and after an advancing action is simulated, the official advancing is performed; and (4) the workflow in the step (3) is repeated, and is finished to end the construction. The method uses a reasonable foundation pit bracing mode for guaranteeing the safety of foundation pit construction, guarantees the construction process in a rubber channel to be not influenced by the flood in the rainy season, and has an important significance on the design and the construction of the foundation pit bracing structure, the construction precision of pipe roofing-box culvert, the grouting process of pipe roofing-box culvert and the observation and the research of the road surface sedimentation.
