The invention relates to the field of deep foundation pit pile foundation engineering and particularly relates to a pile and column steel latticed column location device for deep foundation pits and a construction method for the location device. The device is characterized by comprising a protection cylinder, four limit wedges, two hanging bars, a pair of horizontal bars, a pair of cushioning plates and a plurality of washers. The protection cylinder is arranged vertically, the four limit wedges are fixed on the same horizontal plane of the inner wall of the protection cylinder vertically, and every two limit wedges are in pairs and are arranged crosswise. The limit wedges are in a pentagonal shape, the top of each limit wedge inclines towards the two sides from the middle point to form two inclined faces, and the bottom of each limit wedge is a plane. The sides of the inclined faces abut against the latticed column side, and the bottoms are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the protection cylinder. The cushioning plates are arranged on the outside of the protection cylinder symmetrically, and the horizontal bars are arranged on the two cushioning plates in parallel. The hanging bars are arranged vertically, the ends are hung on the horizontal bars, and the other ends are fixedly connected with the latticed column. By means of the structural design, the device is simple and quick in utilization method and low in utilization cost, and the steel latticed column construction accuracy can be guaranteed effectively.
