The invention discloses a non-power-consumption water intake facility. A first tube and a second tube are arranged in a water well beside a reservoir; a water intake device in the first tube is connected with a hanging basket on the right side of the tube through a steel rope; the back opening of the hanging basket corresponds to the front opening of a semi-suspension platform on the second tube; a water intake device in the second tube is connected with a rope winding disk, which is provided with a pinion and is below a warping plate and outside the second tube, through a steel rope; the pinion is connected with a revolving shaft provided with a supporting seat and a rack on the back part of the warping plate respectively; the warping plate is movably connected with a seat frame; the head opening and the middle segment opening of the warping plate correspond to the right opening of the semi-suspension platform and the front opening of an approach bridge respectively; an upper-layer platform and a lower-layer platform are arranged on the tail part of the warping plate; the opening of the upper-layer platform corresponds to the front opening of an overhead pavilion provided with the approach bridge and a ladder; a pedal on the front opening of the lower-layer platform corresponds to an overhead platform with an oblique bridge; a ramp opening is formed below the warping plate on the right side of the rope winding disk; a ramp is connected with the oblique bridge; a step which corresponds to the opening of the upper-layer platform is arranged outside the ramp; a ground groove is formed in the ramp; the ground groove is provided with an elevating plate which corresponds to the right opening of the lower-layer platform.
