SEA WATER INTAKE FACILITY
To provide a sea water intake facility with a fixed type tsunami energy attenuation function that suppresses the pressure loss of an intake channel during intake in normal operation and increases the pressure loss for an upstream tsunami flowing into the intake channel when the tsunami strikes.SOLUTION: A sea water intake facility comprises an intake installed in the sea, an intake channel for circulating sea water from the intake to a land side, and an intake tank provided with equipment for pumping up the sea water at a terminal end of the intake channel.
