The invention relates to a water-saving device for secondary utilization of domestic wastewater. The water-saving device comprises a cleaning basin, wherein the lower end of the washing basin is connected with a drain pipe I; a filtering device and a cooling device are sequentially arranged at the upper end of the drain pipe I from top to bottom; the lower end of the drain pipe I is connected with a drain pipe II and a drain pipe III through a tee joint I; a first stop valve and a second stop valve are respectively arranged at the upper ends of the drain pipe II and the drain pipe III; a wastewater treatment device is arranged in the middle of the drain pipe II; a drain pipe IV is connected with the lower ends of the drain pipe II and the drain pipe III through a tee joint II; the lower end of the drain pipe IV is connected with a water storage tank; one side of the upper end of the water storage tank is connected with an overflow pipe; one side of the lower end of the water storage tank is connected with a drain pipe V; the other end of the drain pipe V is connected with a closestool; the drain pipe V is connected with a running water pipe; and a running water control valve is arranged on the running water pipe. The domestic wastewater can be subjected to secondary utilization; and when the wastewater is relatively dirty and cannot be directly utilized, the wastewater can be firstly treated and recycled, so that the water-saving device is very flexible and convenient to use.
