The invention provides a domestic water saving device. The domestic water saving device comprises a washbasin, a water storage barrel and a pedestal pan, wherein the water discharge outlet of the washbasin is communicated with the water storage barrel which is used for storing water discharged from the washbasin; a pedestal pan water inlet is formed in the upper portion of the pedestal pan and connected with the water storage barrel; the pedestal pan water inlet is further connected with a tap water conveying pipe, a first electromagnetic valve is disposed on the tap water conveying pipe, a first liquid level switch is further disposed at the bottom of the water storage barrel, and the first liquid level switch is connected with the first electromagnetic valve to control the opening and closing of the first electromagnetic valve. The domestic water saving device has the advantages that tap water in the tap water conveying pipe flows into the washbasin, a resident can wash in the washbasin, and the water in the washbasin flows into the water storage barrel after washing; when the pedestal pan needs to be flushed, the water stored in the water storage barrel can be used; the used washing water can be used for flushing the pedestal pan, so that water is reused and saved.
