The invention discloses an anti-seismic stair provided with a graphite support and a construction method thereof. The anti-seismic stair comprises a rest platform and a stair plate which are connected in sequence, wherein the stair plate is formed by a plurality of steps, the rest platform comprises a landing slab, a stair beam and a building surface layer which are integrally formed, the landing slab and the stair beam are arranged on the lower part of the building surface layer, the bottom of the stair plate is connected to the landing slab through a sliding support, the sliding support comprises a first layer of steel plate, a graphite powder layer and a second layer of steel plate, the first layer of steel plate is arranged on the graphite powder layer, the second layer of steel plate is arranged on the lower part of the graphite powder layer, the length of the first layer of steel plate is equal to the length of the stair beam, the length of the second layer of steel plate is equal to the length of the stair beam, and the height of the graphite powder layer is equal to the height of the landing slab. The anti-seismic stair has the characteristics of strong shock resistance, extremely low friction coefficient, no maintenance, strong adaptability, rub resistance, long service life, high bearing capacity, simple structure and convenience for construction.
