The invention discloses a building decorative sheet and a production process thereof. The decorative sheet consists of reed poles, corn bran, loess, cement, liquid glue and environment-friendly stickers. The production process comprises the following steps: the reed poles are selected and put into hydrogen peroxide for digging and weaving to a surrounding plate; the loess is put into a stirrer for heating and stirring, and is mixed with a proper amount of water to form thick dry slurry for evenly coating on the surrounding plate; the corn bran is bonded on the surrounding plate by the liquid glue; the cement is coated on the cement surface for condensing; and the stickers are coated with the liquid glue to be bonded on the cement surface, and are naturally aired to form the building decorative sheet.
