The invention provides a concrete compaction device for building construction. The concrete compaction device for building construction is characterized by comprising a pipe body (1) and hard fixed structures (2) on the outer surface of the pipe body, wherein the hard fixed structures (2) are fixedly connected with the pipe body (1) in an integrated or divided manner; the fixed structures (2) are spirally wound on the outer surface of the pipe body (1); and the fixed structures (2) are annular and are arrayed on the outer surface of the pipe body (1) at equal or unequal intervals. The concrete compaction device provided by the invention is simple in structure, and the design cost and the manufacturing cost are low, so that the concrete compaction device has a wide market prospect. Annular or spiral components and the like are added or attached to buried metal pipes within certain distances, so that the friction between the pipes and soil is enhanced.
