The invention discloses a construction method for building of a prefabricated slab floor and a prefabricated wall plate. The construction method comprises the following steps of installation of the prefabricated overlapping floor slab and installation of the prefabricated wall plate. The construction method has the beneficial effects that by utilizing factory prefabricating, a large number of outer wall formworks can be reduced; by using the overlapping floor slab, the number of bottom formworks and frame material is reduced, and the construction period is shortened; after a heat insulation layer and a decorating layer are additionally arranged at an outer wall, the construction is further reduced; the labor is saved, and the construction quality is improved.
