The invention discloses a low-energy-consumption house. The low-energy-consumption house comprises a house body, a photovoltaic generating system, a heat pump system and an exhausting system; the photovoltaic generating system comprises a photovoltaic panel, a charging circuit and a storage battery which are paved on a roof; a cooling fan is mounted on the roof; a radiator is mounted on the rear surface of the photovoltaic panel; the photovoltaic panel is paved at one side of the roof, toward the south direction; the heat pump system comprises a heat pump set mounted at the outer part of the house body; the heat pump set comprises a plurality of condenser coiled pipes; each condenser coiled pipe comprises a first condenser coiled pipe for supplying hot air to a room, and a second condenser coiled pipe for supplying heat to a hot water storing tank; circulating fans are mounted on the house body, corresponding to the first condenser coiled pipes and the second condenser coiled pipes; the exhaust system comprises a ventilating chimney mounted in the roof and positioned at one side of the roof, toward the north direction; a storage battery is that the circulating fans, the cooling fan and the heat pump set are electrically connected. The low-energy-consumption house is simple in structure, good in use effect, and energy saving, and achieves the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
