The invention provides an intelligent passive ultralow-energy-consumption temporarily-built house which comprises an enclosure structure and an energy storage equipment cabinet, the enclosure structure comprises a roof, a bottom plate and an enclosing wall, the inner wall of the enclosure structure is provided with a heat preservation structure, the outer wall of the enclosure structure is provided with a photovoltaic module, the photovoltaic module is connected with the energy storage equipment cabinet, the heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure structure needs to be less than 0.1 W/m2.K; the temporarily-built house is formed in a packaging box type house mode, transportation is convenient, the whole temporarily-built house has the low heat transfer coefficient, formation of a heat bridge can be effectively blocked, it can be guaranteed that the temporarily-built house has the good heat preservation and heat insulation performance, the indoor environment comfort of the temporarily-built house is improved, and meanwhile in the off-network environment, supply of light-storage integrated renewable energy is operated, external energy input is not needed, and the overall building performance meets the design requirements of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings.
