The invention discloses a lifting mechanism of a mobile three-dimensional parking device. The lifting mechanism comprises a vehicle carrying platform, a frame, steel wire ropes, a protective shell, a plummer block, a wire winding wheel, a shaft, a synchronous belt wheel, a coupling, a motor, a motor bracket, a controller and a synchronous belt. Four steel wire ropes are arranged at four corners of the vehicle carrying platform, one ends are connected with the vehicle carrying platform, and the other ends are wound on the wire winding wheel. The motor drives the shaft to rotate so as to wind the steel wire ropes on the wire winding wheel or to spread the steel wire ropes from the wire winding wheel, so that the lifting of the vehicle carrying platform is realized.
