The invention relates to a lifting mechanism of a no-avoiding three-dimensional parking apparatus, which comprises a vertical pipe, a hanging plate and a vehicle platform plate, wherein the hanging frame is arranged outside the vertical pipe in a vertically movable way; and the vehicle platform plate is connected with the hanging frame. The lifting mechanism is characterized by also comprising a loop chain lifting driving mechanism; the loop chain lifting driving mechanism is arranged on the vertical pipe and comprises a lifting driving motor, a lifting reduction gear box, an electric loop chain wheel and an electric loop chain; the lifting driving motor is in transmission connection with the electric loop chain by the lifting reduction gear box; the electric loop chain is in lap joint with the outside of the electric loop chain wheel; and one end of the electric loop chain is connected with the hanging frame. According to the parking apparatus, the loop chain lifting driving mechanism is used for controlling the vehicle platform plate to lift; the work principle of the loop chain lifting driving mechanism is similar to that of an electric hoist; the carrying capacity is strong; energy conservation and safety are realized; meanwhile, under the condition that the cost of the used loop chain is lower than the cost of a chain which is used in a lifting driving mechanism of the existing parking apparatus, the loading capacity of the loop chain can be more than five times that of the existing chain, and all current family cars can be borne.
