The invention provides a loading platform of a movable three-dimensional parking device. The loading platform comprises a shaft, a bearing, a steel wire rope cable, a first square pipe, a steel plate, a second square pipe and a steel wire rope; the length of the first square pipe is adapted to that of a garage; the width of the second square pipe is adapted to that of the garage; the first square pipe and the second square pipe are spliced and welded to form a framework off the loading platform; the steel plate with the same length and width is welded on the framework; the steel wire rope cable and the steel wire rope are integrally connected; the loading platform is lifted under the driving effect of a motor.
