The invention belongs to the technical field of parks, and particularly relates to a planar two-dimensional movable vehicle carrying platform and a parking system comprising the same. The vehicle carrying platform comprises a platform base and a movable vehicle carrying supporting plate arranged on the platform base; supporting seats for supporting the vehicle carrying supporting plate are symmetrically arranged at positions of end corners of the vehicle carrying supporting plate; a transverse transmission device and a longitudinal transmission device which are used for providing power for transverse movement and longitudinal movement of the vehicle carrying supporting plate are arranged in the platform base; and tracks for the supporting seats to move are arranged on a frame of the platform base. The parking system comprises a plurality of vehicle carrying platforms which are distributed in an arrayed mode; and transverse or longitudinal tracks of the adjacent vehicle carrying platforms communicate with one another. The vehicle carrying platform is simple in structure, low in construction cost, easy and convenient to mount, high in modularization degree and easy to repair and maintain, vehicles park conveniently and quickly, and safety is high. The parking system can be used on ground with various plane modes, the size of the formed parking system is changeable, and the parking system is flexible and convenient to arrange.
