The invention discloses a forward moving rotary vehicle carrying plate and relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment manufacture. The forward moving rotary vehicle carrying plate comprises a reversing device which is provided with directional wheels and a vehicle carrying plate body which is provided with a carrying plate rotary translation positioning device; one side of the carrying plate body is provided with a lateral guide wheel; the lateral guide wheel operates between a first lateral guide rail and a second lateral guide rail which are fixed on the foundation; a rotary positioning base is arranged on a vehicle carrying plate body operation path right at the vehicle carrying plate rotary translation positioning device; the rear end of the vehicle carrying plate body is provided with a driving motor which drives a rear driving shaft; the driving shaft is connected with a rear driving wheel which is arranged on the vehicle carrying plate body; an electromagnetic clutch is arranged between the driving shaft and the driving motor. The forward moving rotary vehicle carrying plate solves the problem that pick and place of automobiles are inconvenient and the safety is poor in intensive parking lots and multi-layer parking lots.
