The invention relates to a forward-moving rotary vehicle carrying plate system which is provided with a vehicle carrying plate, universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the front end of the vehicle carrying plate, a rear cross beam is arranged on the rear portion of the vehicle carrying plate, a motor plate is arranged on the rear cross beam, a gear motor is arranged on the motor plate, and a driving chain wheel is installed on an output shaft of the gear motor. A differential mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the rear side of the vehicle carrying plate, two output ends of the differential mechanism are connected with mounted bearings, the mounted bearings are connected with the rear cross beam through connecting bolts, the two mounted bearings are connected with transmission shafts towards the two sides respectively, the outer end of each transmission shaft is provided with a rear walking wheel, the differential mechanism is provided with a driven chain wheel, and the driven chain wheel is connected with the rear cross beam. The driven chain wheel is in transmission connection with the driving chain wheel through a driving chain; the driving device is provided with the differential mechanism, when the vehicle carrying plate steers and walks, the walking speeds of the inner and outer rear wheels are different, the differential mechanism can eliminate the walking speed difference of the inner and outer rear wheels, and the rear wheels are prevented from slipping.
