The invention provides a windproof and dust suppression device. The windproof and dust suppression device comprises a frame body and a windproof device, and further comprises a water spraying device, a fixing device and fixing supports. The windproof device comprises a plurality of first windproof screens, a plurality of second windproof screens and a plurality of stand columns, every two first windproof screens are fixedly connected through the stand columns, and every two second windproof screens are fixedly connected through the stand columns. The water spraying device is arranged on the frame body, and comprises water pipelines and a plurality of spraying heads; and the spraying heads are communicated with the water pipelines through thin pipes. The water pipelines are connected with an external water pump, and the frame body is provided with the fixing device and the fixing supports; the fixing device and one end of each fixing support are connected with the frame body; and the fixing device and the other end of each fixing support are buried in the ground. The windproof and dust suppression device has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple, and operation is convenient; the double-layer windproof screens are obtained, so that the dustproof action is higher; and an area needing water spraying can be determined according to actual needs.
